DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

Our website adheres to the safe harbor principles outlined in 17 U.S.C. 512, often known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). To register a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a letter containing the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the accused infringer of an exclusive right.

Identification of the copyrighted work asserted to have been infringed, or if a single notification, a representative list of such works, covers many copyrighted works on a single internet site.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to help the service provider find the item. Including URLs in the body of an email is the most effective technique to help us quickly discover content.

Information is sufficient for the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as the complaining party's address, telephone number, and, if available, electronic mail address.

A statement that the complaining party has a reasonable faith opinion that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law does not authorise the material's use in the manner in question.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed. (Note that under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be liable for damages.) Additionally, DO NOT MAKE FALSE CLAIMS!

Then submit the notice of infringement to [email protected].
