CBP will increase the accessibility and transparency of some of its most popular services via CBP One, strengthening border security. CBP One is currently available for land travelers to submit their traveler information before their U.S. border crossing, for air travelers to request an inspection of biological and agricultural products upon their air arrival, for brokers, carriers, and forwarders to schedule inspection appointments for perishable cargo, for travelers to apply for and view their I-94s, and for permission-based use by International Organizations.
In the subsequent year, further services will be provided. CBP One will soon be accessible to pilots of commercial airplanes, buses, seaplanes, commercial truck drivers, and commercial watercraft operators.

The CBP One 2.41 APK provides a single portal to several CBP services, allowing users to be swiftly and efficiently routed to the desired functionality by completing a series of guided questions.
Currently, two features are available for CBP One TM, with additional features being added over the next year. The Inspection Appointment request function enables brokers/carriers/forwarders to use a mobile device to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the United States.
In addition, they will be able to receive real-time updates on the status of their appointment requests and communicate with a CBP Agricultural Specialist if additional information is required.
The I-94 feature permits travelers to apply for and pay for their I-94 up to seven days before they arrive at a U.S. port of entry (POE). Moreover, CBP OneTM offers access to a digital copy of the I-94 and up to five years of travel history.
Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, Commercial Truck Drivers, and Commercial Vessel Operators will benefit from new features introduced over the following year.
CBP OneTM I-94 is offered nationwide. Unfortunately, only participating Ports of Entry (POE) can schedule appointments for perishable cargo; please get in touch with your POE for additional information.
